Return Policy

We want you to be entirely pleased with your order and the garment quality. If you have any issues with an order, we will accept returns under the following terms:

1. Email returns@rockaboy.com within 30 days of original order date with your order number, style number of the item you wish to return, and a brief description of the issue.
2. All garments must be new, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging (as shipped)
3. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost; if exchanging, Rock-a-boy will ship exchanged garment according to our standard shipping policy.
4. Upon return of the merchandise and our verification of its as-purchased condition, we will issue a refund to your account. Should an exchange be your preference, we will ship the exchanged item immediately.

If returns are made due to undeliverable packages due to customer error (packages that are not claimed by customers or incorrect address information is provided) there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the order total deducted from the refund amount. .
